If you were downtown last night, you already know. Corpus showed up.
The Buc Days night parade actually pulled a real crowd. Streets were lined early, people holding spots, kids running around, music coming from everywhere. It did not feel like one of those slow events. It felt alive.
The Parade
The floats were lit up, people were into it, and the energy stayed up the whole time.
You had moments where everything just clicked. Lights, music, crowd reactions all blending together. It was a little chaotic but in a good way.
Even just walking around was worth it.
If You Had a Camera Out
If you were shooting last night, you already know it was not easy.
Lights everywhere. People moving nonstop.
If you stayed in close and just shot moments instead of trying to make everything perfect, you probably got some solid stuff.
Buc Days Is Still Going
If you missed the parade, you did not miss Buc Days.
It is still going all weekend. Rides, food, random stuff to walk through, and just something to do if you are trying to get out.
Even if you just pull up for a bit, it is worth checking out.

LightAnchor Note
This is the kind of stuff that makes Corpus feel different when people actually show up.
If you have something going on locally and want it seen, we will cover it.
